As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP), and Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with multi-state licensure, I provide comprehensive, compassionate mental health care grounded in clinical expertise and evidence-based practice. I work with individuals and couples, offering thoughtful support as they navigate challenges and move toward healing, resilience, and personal growth.
My therapeutic process begins with a thorough assessment to gain a clear understanding of your experiences, strengths, and goals. From there, we collaborate to develop a personalized treatment plan with specific, measurable, and time-bound objectives, ensuring that progress is intentional, structured, and meaningful. I integrate evidence-based interventions designed to help you build practical skills, manage symptoms effectively, and enhance your overall well-being.
I have extensive experience supporting clients with anxiety, depression, stress, and major life transitions. My practice also includes work with anger management, grief and loss, relationship concerns, addiction, trauma and PTSD, OCD, bipolar disorder, and other complex mental health conditions.
In addition to clinical practice, I provide supervision and professional support to other mental health clinicians, helping them strengthen their skills, grow in confidence, and maintain high standards of ethical and effective care.
Outside of my professional role, I value faith, family, and service. I travel extensively and have had the opportunity to visit all 50 states, creating meaningful memories along the way. I enjoy spending quality time with my wife, son, and three daughters. I am actively involved in livestock and small crop farming, including raising Ayam Cemani chickens. I also remain engaged in government and civic matters, reflecting my commitment to responsibility and service both inside and outside the counseling setting.
